Robert Douglas Hunter (American, b. 1928) Orange Signed "ROBERT DOUGLAS HUNTER" l.l., identified on a presentation plaque and a label from Grand Central Art Galleries, New York, on the reverse. Oil on canvas, 12 x 18 1/2 in. (30.5 x 47.0 cm), framed. Condition: Surface grime, abrasions and canvas deformations to l.l. and l.r. quadrants. One small canvas dent to l.l. quadrant, another small dent to l.r. quadrant, surface grime u.r., would benefit from a cleaning, stamped "MADE IN U.S.A./DONALD ART CO. INC. N.Y." and with artist's copyright stamp on the reverse. Date of work is unknown.
