Victorian Oak Three-Bottle Tantalus, late 19th/early 20th century, the oak frame with central lifting handle, fitted with three molded colorless glass square-section bottles with faceted ball stoppers, base with locking front panel with white metal shield-shaped escutcheon, ht. 12 1/4, wd. 13 1/2 in. all three bottles with stoppers currently stuck in place, and with cracks at necks.
