George III Mahogany Library Bookcase, c. 1780, with molded cornice above a pair of glazed doors with arched mullions; projecting lower section with a shallow frieze drawer above a pair of paneled doors, rectangular plinth base, ht. 97, wd. 49, dp. 15 in. Cornice probably replaced; three adjustable shelves; scuffing and rubbing to corners and edges; couple of very minor veneer chips; age typical minor defects; good color and timber.
