Eleven Wedgwood Queen's Ware Culinary Molds, England, late 18th/early 19th century, varying shapes and sizes including the head of an elephant, lg. 6 1/2; man in the moon, lg. 4 3/4; cornucopia, lg. 4 5/8; swan, lg. 4 1/2; melon, lg. 4; cherry, lg. 3 5/8; diamond, lg. 4 5/8; turtle, lg. 4 1/2; star, lg. 4; scrolled foliage and berries, lg. 3 5/8; and star-shaped flower, lg. 3 5/8 in.; impressed marks. Elephant: rim with a shallow 3/16" rim chip and a slight nick; 3/4" rim hairline. Moon: very good condition throughout. Cornucopia: slight discoloration; a couple of slight nicks to the rim and one to the motif. Swan: 1/2" rim hairline. Melon: 3/8" rim chip. Cherry: very good condition throughout Diamond: very good condition throughout. Turtle: outer rim with three c]very shallow rim flakes of 1/16, 1/8, 3/16". Star: slight scattered glaze discoloration to rim; 3/8" hairline to outside rim. Foliage and berries: slight area of glaze wear to rim; slight nick to edge of motif. Star flower: lower case mark; some glaze wear to rim; five small flakes to outer rim; some wear to edges of motif.
