Pair of Sarreguemines Earthenware Wall Plaques, late 19th century, rectangular with molded edges and top edge with central shell, each transfer printed to center with scenes of tradesman, one a scribe and one a ceramic repairer, the rims printed with calico-style foliate design, wd. 11, lg. to 11 1/4 in. the scribe with staple repairs to left side restoring a break to the upper left corner as well as a related crack.
