Louis Vidal (Vidal-Navatel) (French, 1831-1892), Bronze Figure of a Standing Bull , modeled with head lowered, on naturalistic ovoid base, mold incised signature "Vidal (aveugle)," ht. 13 1/2, base lg. 18 1/4, wd. 7 1/8 in. bull needs to be reattached to base (comes completely off base). minor rubbing and some scratching to patina. tip of one horn with abrasion and loss. join of tail a little open/loose.
