Pair of Creamware Melon-form Tureens and Covers, England, early 19th century, each with melon finial, pierced cover and leaf-form underdish, lg. 8 1/2 in. Covers: each with the small branches surrounding finial restored. Tureens: one with restored chips to collar of top rim and to scattered points of leaf, interior and underside with some staining; the other in overall good condition.
