Seven Piece Gorham Sterling "Plymouth" Pattern Tea and Coffee Service, 1911-12, comprising vasiform kettle on stand with burner, coffeepot, teapot, covered sugar, creamer, and waste bowl, with paneled sides, reeded rims, angular handles, on oval trumpet feet, with a large matching sterling serving tray, lg. to handles 24 5/8, all monogrammed, coffeepot ht. 9 1/4 in., approx. 233 troy oz. total. tray with typical light overall surface scratching. minor light usage wear. wear and finish loss to the wood finials, with some loose on screw. the finials on the sugar lid and kettle lid lacking the urn-form silver top cap. wear to the goldwash inside the creamer. a few light spots of pitting on tray and within waste bowl. Monogrammed MEM. tray full lg. 24 5/8, dp. 18 in. teapot, coffeepot and tray date marked 1911. creamer, waste bowl, covered sugar, kettle and kettle burner marked 1912.
