Louis Philippe Marble-top Mahogany Chest of Drawers, mid 19th century, rectangular white and grey flecked black marble top above a frieze and three long drawers, on block feet, ht. 35 1/2, wd. 50 3/4, dp. 22 1/4 in. Overall good condition. Top free of cracks but with a few minor edge frits. Missing piece of molding to upper left corner of case just underneath top; old refinish throughout. Sides and back in good shape; front case with many minor chips and small veneer patches to traversing rails and drawer edges; approx. four unrepaired chips.
