Two Georgian Silver Tablewares, London, a 1767 sauce boat, maker possibly William Sampel, ovoid, with embossed beaded rim, loop handle, and three shell feet, ht. 2 3/4, and an 1800 creamer, maker's mark partially rubbed, round body chased and embossed with navettes to base, with engraved band above, angular ivory handle accented with metal pique, ht. 4 3/4 in., approx. 8 troy oz. total. sauceboat with some compression of body onto feet, and to base of handle into body (visible as halos to interior). period monograms to underside. creamer with light footrim dings. maker's mark partially rubbed (S?). some losses to the pique of handle.
