Small George III Hot Water Urn, London, 1796, lacking maker's mark, urn shaped, with domed lid, chased and embossed with flatleaf band to lid and upper rim, with ram's head pendant handles, on trumpet foot and square base with ball feet, spout with ivory tap, ht. 14 3/8 in., approx. 39 troy oz. lid not marked. the piece is marked only on the edge of the footrim (would expect to find marks on the body and lid as well). good, with minor age/surface wear.
