Ld., makers, comprising melon-shaped teapot, creamer, open sugar, and lobed pear-shaped coffeepot, all engraved to lobes with floral pendants, lids with floriform finials, with reeded serpentine handles, on shell-centered feet, monogrammed, coffeepot ht. 9, approx. 95 troy oz., with a large associated silver plate tray oval with heavy gadrooned rim, scroll handles and feet, engraved to center surface with rocaille cartouches, lg. to handles 29 3/8 in. teapot lid not sitting flush into body; dent to tip of spout. coffeepot lacking wooden heatstop to base of lid finial, causing finial to be loose on bolt; lacking a handle pin, making handle a little loose. all with light overall surface abrasion from use of overly abrasive cleanser. Tray good, with minor usage wear.
