Federal Coin Silver Creamer, Little Rest, Rhode Island, late 18th century, Nathaniel Helme, maker, pear shaped, with ogee rim, S-scroll handle, on three trifid feet, ht. 3 3/4, sold with a Georgian helmet-shaped creamer, lacking date letter and city mark, with reeded loop handle, on trumpet foot and square base, ht. 5 5/8 in., approx. 7 troy oz. Helme: a few dings to bulbous portion of body, visible solder seam joining spout to body (likely from original manufacture). minor compression to edge of spout rim, and to legs. English: lacking date letter and city mark. repair at join of top of handle to body.
