Chippendale-style Mahogany, Parcel-gilt, and Paint-decorated Small Mirror, late 19th century, with rectangular mirror plate, scrolled cresting and pendant, decorated with a painted shell, ht. 22 1/2, wd. 15 in. Two pieces off pendant, but present; losses to painted shell decoration on pendant; dents and scratches seem artificial.
