French, 19th century. Two matching carved gilt wood and gesso starburst mirrors. Each with circular looking glass within wavy radiating sun rays with pointed ends. Overall 24" in diameter. Mirror diameter 6". Provenance: According to the consignor purchased in Paris in September of 1991 by Thomas and Marie Patton, Atlanta, Georgia.
