Pair of 22kt Gold and Butterfly Wing Brooches, Lilly Fitzgerald, each composed of butterfly wings, pieced together by the artist to create intricate designs using the natural patterns and markings of the wings, in bold frames with quartz crystals, dia. 1 1/4 in., unsigned. Note: These pins were purchased directly from the artist at Crafts at the Castle, 2004, at Hynes Convention Center, Boston, where Fitzgerald was awarded first prize. She has generously offered to sign these for the buyer. Pinstems are 18kt gold.
