HODGES" on base, the other painted black with hollow body and inset glass eyes with a label on the bottom inscribed "Thad Johnson (carver)," ht. 6-7 1/4, (imperfections), lg. 12 5/8-17 1/4 in. Mason brant- old repaint, head lightly hit with shot, Horner-type- repainted, J.P. Hodges, numerus abrasions, missing one glass eye, paint losses/old repaint; Thad Jognson duck- lightly hit by shot around body, scattered paint losses
