Chippendale Walnut Carved Side Chair, probably Pennsylvania, second half 18th century, the scrolled cresting above vasiform splat above the trapezoidal seat frame joining the frontal cabriole legs ending in trifid feet to the raking rounded rear legs, refinished, (restoration). 8 inch patch to left stile just above seat frame, nearly all the way around; crack to left front foot with small loss; some replaced seat blocks.
