Jules-Felix Coutan (French, 1848-1939) Cupid Disarmed by Diana Inscribed "Jules Coutan" l. l. and stamped "E. Colin & Cie/Paris" on the base. Bronze with a medium brown patina, 15 x 20 x 7 in. (38.0 x 51.0 x 17.8 cm). Condition: Repair to figure's left arm, abrasion on neck, nicks to the edge of the crescent moon, normal wear, dirt in the interstices.
