Russian Gold-washed Silver Filigree Hanging Lamp, c. 1844, tapered ovoid, with fine wirework scroll filigree accented with granulation and mounted with six faceted colorless stones or pastes, lg. approx. 3 5/8 in., hung on associated oval and circular link three-part chain, approx. 6 troy oz. the chain and top cap bearing non-matching (to each other, as well as the lamp) Russian hallmarks. one chain with replaced S-hook. lamp with some losses of filigree throughout. backings of stones with some age wear/discoloration.
