Continental Baroque Wrought-iron Mounted Oak Chest, 17th century, rectangular top and case fitted with pierced and scrolled foliate strapwork, interior with small lidded well, molded waist and stemmed bun feet, ht. 24 1/2, wd. 46, dp. 26 in. No signs of insect damage. Feet appear to be original. Age typical wear and defects throughout. Exterior hardware intact. Hinges to interior candlebox replaced. Interior locking pin missing.
