Napoleon III Part-ebonized Fruitwood Chest of Drawers, mid-19th century, with projecting top drawer over three long recessed drawers flanked by ebonized columns, on block feet, ht. 37 3/4, wd. 45 1/8, dp. 22 3/4 in. very large shrinkage crack through top, and down right side. two slightly smaller shrinkage cracks down right side, and three to front of top surface. shrinkage lining lining to veneers. age typical scuffs, scratches and edge gounging.
