Three Patchwork Quilts, early 20th century, one composed of assorted fabrics designed with blocks of four contrasting striped segments alternating in direction, tied with yarn, 62 x 63 1/2; a log cabin pattern quilt composed of various colored and patterned wool suiting, tied with yarn, 79 1/2 x 78; a Straight Furrow pattern quilt composed primarily of assorted solid and printed lightweight wool fabrics, tied with yarn, a label on the back reads: "Made by Mildred Foster's grandmother Mrs. Ira H. Foster, D Winthrop Foster's mother, 1836-1918," 59 1/2 x 55 in. Very good pretty much unused condition, no losses or fraying.
