Purple Glazed Incense Holder, China, 19th century, compressed round body, the top section shaped into a lotus seed pod with three perforations for holding incense, covered with aubergine glaze thinning to lavender around the rim, Qianlong six-character mark to the base, ht. 2 3/4 in. Chip to the foot ring. Drill hole to base.
