18kt Gold Wristwatch, Vacheron Constantin, the white metal dial with baton numeral indicators, enclosing a 17-jewel manual-wind movement no. 532014, case no. 6219/358143, 28 mm, completed by a black lizard strap, triple signed. Winding, setting and running. Case with some light surface scratches, a few deeper ones on reverse. Movement appears to have numerous small scratches to movement (see images). Reverse and bezel with Florentine finish.
