Victorian Renaissance Revival Carved Oak Draw Leaf Trestle Dining Table, late 19th century, rectangular top carved with band of running acanthus to the frieze, raised on large trestle ends elaborately carved with winged beasts centered by profile medallions of helmeted warriors, on ovolo molded rectangular base with stylized cloven hoof feet, the trestles joined by a conforming ovolo molded stretcher and accented with four large leaf-carved balusters, ht. 31, lg. closed 80, dp. 41 1/4 in.
