Renaissance Revival Brass and Glass Eighteen-light Chandelier, c. 1880, formerly fitted for gas, with tiers of graduated slender teardrop prisms ending in a large tier with six clusters of three-light sconces, ht. 59 in. dia. approx. 37 in. Three drip pans missing a leaftip, and one drip pan missing two leaf tips. One drip pan broken in half and reglued. Two of the glass "candles" with losses to the top edge. Some chipping to tips and areas around bolt of star and finial accents of the central frame. Chips and losses to the colorless glass drops. (The majority of these drops are not currently attached to the chandelier--several bags of these drops accompany the lot).
