Dutch Marquetry Empire-style Inlaid Armchair, bar back with scrolled ears, tapered backrest, with downswept arms, overupholstered seat, on sabre legs, inlaid throughout with flowering vines, backrest also with birds and butterflies, full ht. 34 3/4 in. break at right stile just below crest, possible repaired break at top of each arm near join to stiles. reglued veneers along top edge of crest. scattered scuffs, chips, and gouges.
