Three Wedgwood Black Basalt Jugs, England, late 18th century, two with upper-lower case mark, a barrel shape with Sybil finial to cover, ht. 4 3/4 in.; and a footed jug with Bacchanalian boys in relief above a band of engine turning, ht. 3 3/4 in.; together with an engine turned pear-shape, ht. 5 1/4 in.; impressed marks. Barrel-shape: 1" chip to cover collar (can't be seen when cover sits on jug rim). Bacchanalian Boys: Very good condition. Engine-turned: Slight flake under the foot.
