Joan Miró (Spanish, 1893-1983) Untitled, plate from LE LÉZARD AUX PLUMES D'OR, 1967, edition of 50 (Maeght, 448). Signed "Miró" in pencil l.r., numbered "40/50" in pencil l.l. Color lithograph on Japan paper, image size 13 5/8 x 19 in. (34.5 x 48.0 cm), framed. Condition: Deckled right and lower edges, small rub near corner l.l., subtle handling creases, masking tape along upper edge to the reverse, annotations to verso. The sheet is a textured Japan paper with a sheen to its surface. The sheet is evenly rippled. There may be some subtle mat burn. Although it has not been removed from its frame, there are no additional visible issues to report.
