Frederick Childe Hassam (American, 1859-1935) The Little Church Around the Corner, 1923 (Cortissoz & Clayton, 220). Monogrammed and inscribed "...imp" in pencil l.r., monogrammed and dated within the plate. Drypoint on paper, plate size 7 7/8 x 11 1/4 in. (19.8 x 28.5 cm), framed. Condition: Subtle toning, not examined out of frame. Sheet size 11 x 14 3/8 inches. Mild acid burn. Tack holes, some with staining, around the margin. Losses to paper along bottom edge from tack holes to margin in two places, roughly 3/8 x 1/4 in. each in size , and one small tear (3/8 in.) from a tack hole to the margin along the bottom, also.
