Robert Verity Clem (American, 1933-2010) April Green Signed "Robert Verity Clem" l. r., titled and inscribed "...Chatham, April, 1980" and with a signed copyright stamp on the reverse, titled on a label on the frame backing paper. Watercolor on paper, sheet size 20 x 29 3/8 in. (50.8 x 74.6 cm), framed. Condition: Tape residue on the edges of the reverse. Provenance: Acquired from the artist by Robert O. Muller (1911-2003), former proprietor of Merwin's, New Haven, Connecticut, and Japanese woodblock print collector; then by family descent to his wife, estate of Ingeborg Lee Muller (1919-2004).
