Arthur Van Zile Bodwell (American, 1890-1940) West Park, Stamford Signed and dated "A. V. Bodwell 1929" l.r., titled on the stretcher. Oil on burlap, 19 x 20 in. (48.3 x 50.8 cm), framed. Condition: Retouch, craquelure, surface grime. Craquelure throughout, dabs of retouch to all four quadrants, with the largest area l.c. along the frame liner spanning approximately 3 1/2 x 3/16 in., may benefit from a cleaning.
