Hazel Finck (American, 1894-1977) Elmer Street Shivers to Work Signed "H. Finck" l.r., titled in pencil on the stretcher; titled, inscribed, and dated "...1942..." on a label affixed to the stretcher. Oil on canvas, 25 x 30 in. (63.5 x 76.3 cm), framed. Condition: Tack hole/puncture to l.l. quadrant, canvas deformations in upper corners. Abrasion (approximately 2 in. length) and minor loss (approximately 1/16 x 1/16 in.) at center, pin-sized hole to l.l. quadrant, may benefit from a light cleaning and having stretcher keys tightened, no additional condition issues to report.
