(42.9 x 32.2 cm), framed. Condition: Lined, scattered retouch, craquelure. There is a fragmentary label printed "...STREET/ Street LIVERPOOL/No...." on the back of the frame. There is also a fragmentary label on the stretch that reads, "Summer Exhibition 1896" Retouch to the faces of both figures and scattered retouch to woman's clothing and to gable of house in u.r. quadrant. Craquelure overall appears stable.
