Harold Eugene Edgerton (American, 1903-1990) Splash of a Drop of Milk. Signed and titled "...HAROLD EDGERTON" in pencil on the reverse. Gelatin silver print, sheet size 10 x 7 3/8 in. (25.4 x 18.6 cm), unmatted, unframed. Condition: Very minor wear to edges. Small, subtle abrasion upper left, consisting of a broken line about 2 inches overall, beginning in the margin (2 1/4 inches down from the top left corner) and extending into the image, visible mainly under raking light. Small remnant of adhesive to the reverse.
