Albumen print, sheet/image size 5 x 9 in. (12.6 x 22.7 cm), matted, unframed. Condition: Rub/loss to image surface c.l., loss to l.l. corner. Provenance: From the collection of Austin Lamont, by family descent. Small crease top edge, perhaps from mounting process. Scattered small abrasions u.r. quadrant, visible under raking light. Photograph is mounted on paperboard support measuring 11 x 14 inches,which is held in a mat with hinges at the top and corners at the bottom. There is rippling and soiling to the support. Because of the mounting, photograph was not removed from the mat for examination.
