Walnut Carved Tall Case Clock, George Hoff, Lancaster, Pennsylvania, c. 1774, brass dial with silvered chapter ring engraved "George Hoff Lancaster," brass and iron weight-powered thirty-hour pull-up movement, the waist door with decorative carving and initials and date "JK/1774," old surface, with pendulum and two small cast lead weights, (imperfections, restoration to base), ht. 88 1/2 in. base with restoration, lacks spandrels on dial, carved crest added and now removed.
