Baccarat Art Nouveau Colorless Glass and Bronze-mounted Standish, early 20th century, the colorless glass form molded as a cresting wave, mounted at center with a gilt-bronze figure of a mermaid, the lower section of the wave mounted with gilt and brown patinated inkpots formed as a seashell and a barrel, ht. 6, wd. 15, dp. approx. 9 1/2 in. marked Baccarat to underside of one of the inkpots. rubbing to gilding of mermaid. age darkening and minor discoloration to bronze of the inkpots. small, unobtrusive chips to top edge of wave at back below mermaid.
