Louis XV Walnut-veneered Marble-top Commode, France, 18th century, the serpentine top over conforming ormolu-mounted case fitted with three long drawers, on squat cabriole legs, ht. 35 1/4, wd. 49, dp. 21 1/2 in. Veneers cleaned up and re-glued. Scattered loss to veneers, particularly to left side of bottom drawer front. Age typical wear.
