Japanned Dining Table, with dark green ground, the top with polychrome border of birds among foliage, over frieze and legs decorated with pseudo-Oriental ornamentation, on carved feet, with four leaves, ht. 30 1/2, dia. without leaves 53 3/4, wd. of each leaf 13 5/8 in. One 6 in. section of inpaiting over loss to one leaf. Extension mechanism only allows for three of the four leaves. Separation to leaf joints. Craquelure to frieze. Nicks, chips, and scuffs, especially to seams, edges, of leaves, top edges, and feet.
