Continental Silver-mounted Enameled Copper Snuff Box, late 18th/early 19th century, cushion shaped, with finely speckled blue and pink ground, the hinged lid with raised gilt and green decoration of Poseidon and consorts riding dolphins, the body with strapwork, lg. 3 3/8, ht. 1 5/8 in. one corner of base with chip and enamel loss (approx. 1/2 in.). overall small losses and/or firing flaws to applied decoration.
