William & Mary Walnut Dresser Base, England, late 17th century, the rectangular top over conforming case fitted with four short and two long drawers, above apron with pendant finials, over turned mushroom legs joined by stretchers, on bun feet, ht. 33, wd. 78 1/4, dp. 20 3/4 in. Heavy veneer loss to the center of the top surface; scattered veneer loss along footrails; age typical wear and defects.
