Alfred Thompson Bricher (American, 1837-1908) Mountain View Unsigned, titled, and inscribed "... /Bricher" in pencil on the reverse. Oil on artist board, 4 3/8 x 9 3/16 in. (11.0 x 23.4 cm), framed. Condition: Frame abrasion with paint losses, yellowed varnish, surface grime. N.B. The view is thought to be from the area of the current Mount Washington Road, looking over the Presidential Range (Mts. Jefferson and Adams) in New Hampshire's White Mountains.
