Large Transfer-decorated Liverpool Pottery Jug, England, early 19th century, creamware jug transfer printed with Washington" Ascending to Glory" on one side and a ship flying an American flag on the reverse with a standing figure of Hope below the spout, a flower sprig below the handle, (imperfections), ht. 12 in. Six in. rim line, crazing, light discoloration on lower half of jug.
