Walnut Glazed Step-back Cupboard, Pennsylvania, last half 18th century, in two parts, the top section with hinged cupboard doors opening to a blue-painted interior of three grooved shelves, above arched opening with flanking reeded quarter-columns, set into lower section of three short drawers above cupboard doors with fielded panels, on molded dovetailed bracket base, old replaced brasses, refinished, ht. 88, case wd. 54, dp. 21 in. patch to beaded section of cornice molding, top section left side door with patch near lower hinge, thumbmolding patch whole length of top edge of drawers in lower section, full length vertical patch to thumbmolding on right hand door, patches at inside bottoms of doors, cracks to base.
