Frost/Stroke, Charles Coates, Joe Coffin, John Coffin" in inscriptions below. Oil on board, 8 1/4 x 34 in., in a period molded wood frame. Condition: Very good. Provenance: The painting is reported to have been sold in the 1920s by J.O.J. Frost to a Marblehead, Massachusetts, couple, and was displayed at their summer home in Martha's Vineyard.
