German Renaissance Revival . 900 Silver Footed Center Bowl, late 19th century, the lobed bowl with gold-washed interior and repoussé floral and foliate decoration to the exterior, with stem composed of three cherubim with interlocking arms circled around a column with C-scroll accoutrements to capital and base, on round lobed foot with repoussé floral and foliate decoration, one section with additional heraldic motif, ht. 8 1/8, bowl dia. 8 3/4 in., approx. 20.1 troy oz. Small indentation to central knob, possible small repaired split to foot, base not perfectly flat.
