BARSS 1949" on the reverse, identified on a partial label from Margaret Brown Gallery, Boston, affixed to the frame. Oil on canvas mounted to Masonite, 12 1/2 x 18 in., framed. Condition: Surface grime. N.B. We wish to thank the daughter of the artist for her assistance cataloguing the lot.
