Pair of Sevres-style Gilt-bronze-mounted Porcelain Vases, France, 19th century, each double-handled urn-form vase with unsigned hand-painted central reserve of courting couples, surrounded by "jeweled" enameling, landscape reserves on the reverse, the handles mounted with grotesques, on square bases with canted corners, ht. 12 1/8 in. Scattered loss to gilt and enamel on porcelain. No chips, cracks, or repairs. Not re-gilded.
